It has calmed a very sensitive scalp down, where no other product would work. It has a mild pleasant scent which is not overpowering and cleans the hair well. I have only given it four stars due to it being rather thicker in consistency than I prefer and of course the price for such a small bottle. That said if it continues to remain suitable I would buy again.
