Install was extremely easy and it came packaged very well. I also love the fact the install is completely reversible without drilling into the hardtop. First, I ordered the rack on a Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday. For the weight and size of this box, to have it delivered in 2 days at no shipping cost is crazy. Be ready, the box is big and 80 lbs. Next, a number of the reviews mentioned the need to touch up paint or remove rust. I must of lucked out, my rack arrived without a scratch on it and zero visible rust. Great roof rack I bought the two-door version and put it on my four door . It works and looks great . After I bought some kayaks I modified it to become a 4 kayak holder. No one makes one for a jeep . Looks great too I've driven countless miles on the highway no problems . As a regular roof rack it works great as well you can fit everything you want up there for a big trip.

Review: Nice rack - The rack came packaged well. There was a small amount of (rust dust) near the ends that go together. There are small holes in the ends of the tube where it goes together. I believe the rust is from the untreated interior. (Though I could be I wrong.) The rust wiped right off with a rag damp with alcohol. Other than that the finish looks good. If it rusts later I will pull it off and repaint it. From the reviews I saw i kind of expected to have to do that anyway, but I saw no need for now. I put a little black silicone over the holes before I bolted the two pieces together. Hope that will seal it. I put the rack together on the ground and then put it on the roof. Very easy that way. Just had my wife help put it up there. Install was easy. The rack looks good. Seems very sturdy. Same brand as my front bumper that I am very happy with. Now I just have to pick out a rear bumper.

However, to help it last longer, I ended up spray painting it with a matte all-weather metal black spray paint before installing. No issues so far. Installation was easy. Edit: It's been about a month and I've taken it camping at the beach twice already (about 7 days of constant sand) and it's been holding quite well. It just started to get some rust in the connections/welded areas. This is expected since I just took metal to a beach... But just FYI for those expecting this to never rust.

**Q: Once installed, can you hook onto it with hoist to remove the hardtop ?**
A: If you are asking can you hoist the hardtop with the roof rack installed, the answer is no. 
You would need to remove the rack first. However I am able to remove the Freedom panels while it is still on the Jeep.

**Q: Any Pictures on a 4 Door Jeep??**
A: I have it on my 4 door JKU and I love it. You can still remove the front roof sections.

**Q: Can cross bars be added to rack for hauling kayak?**
A: I suppose if you get some that would fit the bars. You would need to research. I just strap my kayaks to it with ratchet straps

**Q: Any leaking issues?**
A: There's no way for it to. It in no way shape or form penetrates your hardtop by drilling or anything. It uses existing bolt holes.

Nice rack! Just buy it. Arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. Material was packaged well and installation was a breeze. No rust like some reviews say, awesome finish that surprisingly matched my rock rails/side steps perfectly. Some reviews say it’s a 2 person install, but only if you’re a #%!#%. Installed it by myself by FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS. Took me two hours from the time I opened the box to tightening up the last bolt. Listing says it can handle 300 lbs but I wouldn’t push it, also saw a guy with a roof top tent - Wouldn’t recommend it for that, but great for loading up some extra gear and hitting the trails. Planning to mount a roam overland box to mine.
