**Q: Hi is this oil based**
A: The product has everything in it except oil. It has many chemicals in various ratios . I don’t think it has oil in it. 
To back this up it suggests a preparation coat diluting the product with water ,so therefore not oil based.

**Q: I just received my paint and it says you cannot use this on common bricks, I'm confused? Can I use this paint on my inside brick walls?**
A: Yes you can. It would have been better to buy a seal for the bricks, but if you haven't , you might just have to paint it twice, bug inside no issue as nice and dry.

**Q: Is this paint rubberised**
A: No, it’s masonry paint!

**Q: Is it matt finish please?**
A: Hi. No it's not completely matt or gloss, more like a silk, not one of the other. Hope that helps.
