Review: Nice thick smoke - This is by far the best backflow incense I've bought. I've tried a few of the cheaper brands that give you a lot more incense but this incense is great. Its smoke is super thick and makes my backflow incense holders finally worth it. It also lasts quite a while (15-20min). I read some other reviews saying it doesn't last very long but in my opinion it lasted 2-3x longer than those cheaper brands I've gotten before. I got the lavender scent and the scent is ok, it smells more like burnt than lavender and sticks around in the room for several days. I usually really like lavender but I'll probably try a different scent next time but this incense gets 5 stars because of how much smoke it produces.

**Q: Does the cinnamon actually smell like cinnamon?**
A: It does have a cinnamon like smell to it but it’s not 100% cinnamon odor ,I  love sandalwood the best.

**Q: This product a mosquito repellent?**
A: Mosquitoes and some other insects tend to avoid the smell. I wouldn’t rely on it to entirely repel them, though, as I’ve been bitten while burning citronella-oil candles and incense before.

**Q: How dose the citronella backflow cones burn?  They seem to smoke from the top more than the backflow...**
A: Burns correctly and smells amazing. Has a lasting smell and burns slow.

**Q: Where does one by a glass tube to light this in? I’ve tried the suggestions, it burns from the top and the bottom.**
A: You can buy a backflow incense burner anywhere they sell incense. A backflow incense burner will usually have a small hole where you place the incense cone.

This was the second time I ordered the lavender incense. Since I enjoyed the first purchase, I ordered a larger number of cones. Although I paid for the larger size I was sent the smaller amount. Using the information provided on the unusual website, I submitted my complaint. Later I received an email asking if I was satisfied. This was not an expensive purchase and as a buyer I was sadden that the company did not try to correct their error. There never was an acknowledgment for my complaint. Consequently, this transaction left me ignored and cheated. The scent and longevity of the cones are quite satisfying. I did mark them down because of the service (lack of).
