Thinking the 9.5-10 might be too snug, I ordered the 10.5-11. What I got was size 11. Too big. Why do they mislead customers on the size chart? The ring sizes are actually in single- or two-digit, whole numbers. I assume the size chart is as it is because the rings are slightly stretchy, but the sizing should be 10-10.5, as the ring will stretch. The sizing is misleading. I contacted them and explained that size 11 was too large, so they immediately sent a replacement. They sent another batch of size 11. Can't use them.
