Plenty of different bands provided which can be combined to offer a great range of resistance. The included leaflet is a bonus as it contains plenty of exercises for you to try.Only negative is that the foam handles could be thicker as the ones on mine have already become quite thin after a couple of months' (used twice a week).I'm also wary of the bands failing as I imagine that it could cause quite serious injury if the metal hooks or clips came away and hit you in the face! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I hurt all over! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 9 August 2017* These bands are amazing!
