And good for you. We do need salt in diet . But nit that table salt . The stuff they put in is do bad fir you . Sea salt is ok BUT this is so nice tastes lovey and you dint need a lot . You will think it’s a lot of money for salt. . Believe me it’s worth it. It does last . Don’t cook with it though . Use sea salt for that if you must add salt to any cooking . This salt is really worth the money and you know it’s safe and actually good for you .
