**Q: is the chome wheel cleaner good on the the other chome on the vehicle? (chrome mirrors, door handles, emblems, etc). If so, will it damage the paint?**
A: It is designed to clean wheels, so it has some stronger additives than other cleaners. For other chrome/paint areas I use a product called "Liquid Glass". It is a great multi-use car care product.

**Q: Armorall foam left the tips of my tread brown, overspray, will it get it back to black?**
A: If I were you, I would not use Amorall for anything

**Q: Is this safe to use on crome plated rims?**
A: I use this product all the time to clean the chrome wheels on my CVO Streetglide. Works awesome!

**Q: it is safe on plasti-diped wheels?**
A: Not recommended. This is only for factory clearcoated wheels.

My car is 3 weeks old so not very dirty. I wanted to put a ceramic finish on the glossy black wheels so I tried this product to clean any brake dust off first. I doused the wheels, working on one at a time and followed the directions. I scrubbed with a soft wheel brush as well, though I didn’t think I would have needed to. Well, I definitely needed to, because even with the brushing, there was still brake dust residue remaining. I had to go over each wheel again with a cloth to get it all. If this was needed for relatively clean new wheels, I can’t imagine how much elbow grease would be needed for filthy wheels. A bit disappointed because I usually love this brand. Not a total disaster, just expected to be able to spray and rinse, and not break my back bending and scrubbing and bending again and wiping. Best thing about this product is that it smells good, kin of like banana candy!
