**Q: Is 5UK the size of a girl?**
A: A size 5 is a 38 in Europe. An older girl can be that size (11-12 years)

**Q: is this irem soft leather?**
A: It is soft leather (outer cover) but all Dr.Martens range is quite solid & heavy - I am normally size 7 but bought a size 8. You wouldn't feel wearing soft leather but it will damage the shoes less than if it was hard leather

**Q: why too many people have problems with shoes?product does not last long for most.Have not see any claim on Dr.Martens website about this product**
A: Any product needs to last >6 months of use under normal useage. These do not. They are not fit for purpose in my experience of two pairs. 
I had some in 2013 that survived a full 2-3 years, manufacturing appears to have changed and more recent versions of this shoe are terrible.

**Q: Does anyone suggest to buy the shoes from here or Dr.Martens website?**
A: I brought these for my daughters vegan partner, they were great he loves them. Came all in original Dr martens packaging. Would recommend.
