It barely shaved off any of my beard at all even after several passes over the same spot. They brag that there are no snags but that is because the motor doesn't have enough power to even cut the hair let along snag on it. Adds show a guy making a single pass with the shaver and it shaved right down to the skin. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT at it's worst! If this shaver couldn't handle a little stubble, it is not suitable for full on shaving! Also, there were no instructions provided to explain how to remove the screen to clean hair out. My sincere recommendation: Do not buy this product.
