On holiday I would have been a person to use 4-6 and keep re-applying, I started using this under pressure 3years ago and it works, my suntan is perfect, and I only apply once in my room, it needs 1 hour before direct sun so after breakfast works well, I also swim a lot. Trust it..... However in very high temperatures( 30 's)in the peak of the sun you may consider reapplication to be safe. 50 factor is perfect for children. I am now a believer. **Q: Is it peta approved , cruelty free** A: I don't think so. **Q: How much do you use? The instructions say to use 30-40ml per application for an adult body.
