For RF loop-through to work when the Humax is in stand-by this needs to be turned off.Unlike the HDR-2000T the HDR-1800T has just the 1 USB port and this is located at the back of the HDR-1800T. The official video format that the HDR-1800T can play via USB is XviD. The Humax products that can play XviD can usually play some variations of some other video formats but there is no certainty that yours will play. **Q: Can I record 2 programmes while I watch a recorded programme at the same time? Thanks** A: Yes.I often do this with the HDR-2000T (500GB) which has the same firmware and can currently be bought from Amazon cheaper although at 500Gb its hard drive is bigger than the 1800T's 320GB! **Q: I have recently purchased an 1800T but I am unable to record even though I follow the instruction manual. Apparently these happen during the early hours of the morning, so if you don't leave it on standby it won't happen at all.
