Review: Get this and the ball book of canning and they are all you will need - Great instructions, good detailed descriptions, no photos,( but this was not an issue for me), all timings and quantities tally up,( when she says it makes 4 quarts it does) so this helps with your jar prep, and time management. I have used both the water bath canning section and the pressure canning section for beans and chicken stock and they work fantastically well with my sitram sitiforza pressure cooker/ canner at 10 psi as I am at sea level. Only draw back is the small fortune I am investing in Kilner jars during this canning season.
