Probably not. **Q: does it work for dogs** A: We bought this product as we were sick of dogs pooing on our front lawn. Since using this product we have had no problems. I am buying in bulk now to avoid my poor husband having to pick up other people's dog poo. We didnt really buy this to stop cats pooing but it works for both which is a bonus.
