Product Description Color Oops Hair Color Remover safely removes brown, black, red, and orange permanent hair dye that was dyed with a developer or activating lotion.IDEAL FOR:Hair colored with regular, oxidative (mixed with developer) dye.Best used to create a clean slate allowing you to easily re-color hair or transition to a new shade.*Not formulated for direct-application dyes as well as bold shades such as pinks, blues, greens, purples, etc.Instructions:Apply to DRY hair.MIX:While pointing bottle away from face, remove cap on applicator bottle #2.Pour entire contents of bottle #1 into applicator bottle 2.Replace cap on applicator bottle 2 and shake well for 30 seconds.While pointing bottle away from face, remove cap and place applicator nozzle on applicator bottle 2 (cut nozzle tip if necessary).APPLY:Apply liberally to areas of hair that need hair color removal or correction.Move quickly through the application as the activity of the mixture decreases with elapsed time.Be certain there is even and adequate product penetration throughout the areas of hair color being removed.Gently re-work through for even penetration.PROCESS:Place cap on hair.Let sit for up to 20 minutes.While processing, be certain that the room is NOT cold or that you are not sitting near a vent blowing cool air, as this will affect timing and results.Do not process longer than 20 minutes.RINSE:Rinse with warm water and shampoo, then rinse for 15-20 minutes.(Yes-20 minutes.)Shampoo again and rinse for another 5 minutes.Repeat 2 more times.Do not forget to repeat twice! Additional rinsing is needed for longer,thicker hair.This step is very important for desired results.The more you rinse the better your results.Apply a conditioner.Towel dry hair and check for amount of color removal.If additional color removal is needed, be certain to check hair condition, texture and porosity.If condition of hair permits, repeat above steps.DO NOT repeat more than 2-3 times (always depending on condition of hair and scalp). Directions 1. Mix the Color Oops powder with water as directed on the package. 2. Apply the mixture to your hair as directed. 3. Wait the specified amount of time for the product to take effect. 4. I used shampoo and conditioner shown after, in addition to some leave in, argan oil and my hair was nice and silky.

**Q: My hair is currently a faded purple and i used artic fox dye semiperminant dye. Would this remove the purple?**
A: Don’t do it. I used it on my faded purple and it made my hair GREEN. And a pretty vibrant shade of it, too. Horrible result!!!

A: There isn't much difference, you may get more color removal through Color Oops.

**Q: I’ve been coloring my grey hair with dark brown for years. Should this remove that color? Will it leave the leftover Grey yello?**
A: Hi, I've been coloring with a permanent black for years as well and it did not even remove the color for my Grey to show, if you were using a semi permanent hair dye then you may recieve better results due to the molecules not entering the hair's cortex, and if your Grey is yellow"Matrix brass off" will brighten your Grey, this is what we use at SmartStyles.

**Q: Will this damage my hair if I want to dye my hair after this treatment?**
A: I think it depends on what condition your hair was in the beginning. It’s a color remover, so it could possibly damage your hair. My hair felt like straw until I redyed it, after using this product. That was always the plan and it worked very well. My hair wasn’t damaged at all.

I’m natural brunette and dyed my hair 577cooper(permanent, no ammonia) last time 4 months ago prior Color oops and managed to take it off. Be careful of your clothes and towel you use to cover yourself. I’ve removed black fabric colour from my custom sweater and removed dye from towel while applying. Today finally I received an item. I did everything exactly like it was in the leaflet when I finally rinsed everything and dried my hair I was disappointed. Nothing has been changed - dark burgundy colour stayed and I wanted to go back to my dark blonde. It didn't change even for a tone! Disappointed!
