A: I believe it makes a significant difference. I tried the normal ones vs this and noticed a significant difference.

Had an ab wheel before and found that .you arms gave out way quicker than my core. The spring with this makes it a bit easier on the arms when coming back up to a neutral position. My abs feel way more worked than with a normal ab wheel. Would recommend to anyone who wants to start using an ab wheel
