It will fit the two foot side of the flag but 3 x 2 flags are very heavy some of the older types being deeper are even heavier. The handle is plastic and held to the jaws with one thin bolt I think it will be a challenge for it even with a bar for a two man lift. It may be slightly slower to use than manually lowering slabs onto the base material but speed is not the object of the exercise and using the two handed lift is certainly less arduous than single handed operation.
