Review: Superb value. Incredibly effective routines that are short enough to eliminate excuses! - Three DVDs with enough flexible variety to do a different twenty minute routine ever day for two weeks. (Excluding weekends, during which, phew, take a break! Or, grrr, go-for-it, do one of your longer DVDs!) CP is friendly, but to the point. She gets to it with no fuss, and the most direct and minimal “motivational” chit-chatter. And all with very clear instruction. (Though rather rubbish music; but pfft, who cares. Thankfully it’s not too loud.) She goes through a wide variety of moves (no time for boredom) targeting the whole body – and explaining them very well, making it extraordinarily easy to follow. She does move from one exercise to the other quickly though, so it does take a couple of watches to get used to the changeovers. It’s only twenty minutes a pop, and the routines are not hugely difficult (and even easier to modify if you’re a complete beginner ... but that’s a personal choice, not an option offered by CP). That means you easily convince yourself it’ll be over soon and is absolutely worth doing regularly, and doing well. The routines are fun, and put together in a way that really make that short time count for your whole body; that really does make all the difference. You’ll need a mat, and some hand weights (real, or soup tins from the kitchen). And twenty minutes. That’s all! Have fun!
Review: Challenging but easy to follow - best workouts I've found! - These DVDs have replaced Elle Macpherson ('The Body') as my favourite workout(s)! All three workouts are challenging yet easy to follow. Caroline doesn't talk while she's exercising, but she narrates over the top of it. It's a little odd at first, but it works really well, and she's very clear. It's not cheesy, or overly peppy (that really winds me up in a fitness DVD!), and she explains which muscles are being worked as she goes through. It's also set outside in a beautiful location (Fuerteventura), which is so much more interesting to watch than someone jumping around in a studio! You don't need much space in your lounge to do this DVD. She doesn't move about very much, and stays on or close to her mat. You'll need a pair of hand weights (I use 1.5kg), as a lot of the moves are combined with weights for maximum benefit. I like the variety of the moves - it doesn't ever get boring - and you can really feel it working. I think beginners might struggle at first, but I've done this with some friends (at various levels of fitness) and they all said this was the best DVD they've done. You definitely see a change quite quickly if you do these regularly, and each time you feel yourself being able to do slightly more and push harder. My favourite is total body sculpt which focuses on toning and shaping - it's tough but it's good! The only criticism I have is that she moves really quickly between the moves - transitioning between standing up/floor work - but it's not a big problem. There's also a yoga-inspired cool down on one of the discs, and having never done yoga/pilates before in my life I found that a little difficult. Overall, these workouts are absolutely fantastic! I've struggled to find anything else as good at this ('The Body' comes close - but it's not as challenging).

I have been doing these work out after work i have start to notice how much weight loss by doing these Exercise The first doing it i could feel i still can feel it working as the workout make you work your whole body workout going to kept at it as i have good bit still to loss.
