I add this to the water bowl and she will actually drink more when it is added than when it is plain water. I do notice the cat pinching the dog's water when this has been added too so there is something in there that they like/need! Can you confirm if this is recommended for birds or if it for dogs only please?** A: I was told by the Company that it was for Birds too, but I subsequently learned that the ingredients are different to the Avian which is specifically for Birds. My advice is get the Avipro Avian if you have a Bird that needs it. She does feed the dog all the wrong stuff though including chocolate and sweets. She’s not said whether it works or not as I’m sure she would have to make changes to her dogs unhealthy diet to see improvement.
