If you examine the soldering work and check for proper alignment of the soldered componets. So if you don't want to spend £38 on a real Uno, then Sainsmart is my first choice. They seem to ship really fast as well so I give them my thumbs up for quality and shipment. I've never contacted them however so I can't advice about that.
