Latitude 7390 here and everything works except the keyboard backlight. I saw the note from the vendor about wiping down the ends of the ribbon cables and I did that even though I shouldn't have to and the backlight is not detected by the OS but the keyboard I replaced had a working backlight. Other than that the keyboard works just fine. I'm not going to return this keyboard for a replacement because the keyboard swap is about a two-hour job on this Latitude - not worth my time.
