Product Description Strong, flexible aluminium foil tape on silicon paper liner for use on most surfaces. Aggressive acrylic-based adhesive, flame retardant and excellent temperature performance. Use for jointing insulation panels, sealing off air conditioning and cool/warm air flow ducting, sealing joints in ducting providing a flame-retardant vapour proof barrier. Also ideal for general repairs to gutters, downpipes, ducting and other surfaces. UV-resistant and waterproof. Temperature range from -20° to +100°. Box Contains 1 x Aluminium Foil Tape 50mm x 45m

Review: Sticks good, holds better. Cheap and functional. - Does what it says on the tin, as long as you're applying it correctly and putting sufficient pressure the adhesion is pretty good. Been running my aircon for a few ours now and the tape I've coated the exhaust area is holding up way better than any duct tapes or other crap I've tried. Kinda thin but if you're careful it'll get it done. I used a few extra layers to be sure. Pretty happy, will buy again once this runs out. Only feedback would be to make a easier way to remove backing, for example the two half thing that a lot of adhesives have.

Does what it says on the tin, as long as you're applying it correctly and putting sufficient pressure the adhesion is pretty good. Very good value. Does the job. It is fairly thin, but this has not been a problem for me at all, used it to cover some insulation on external domestic pipework and it worked just fine.
