**Q: Is this compatible with a netgear gs110tp?**
A: not sure I used with Netgear FS116P a 16/8 poe  had plenty power my original was 48v / 1.45A this has more

**Q: End does not fit recorder**
A: Yuo will have to check sizes.

**Q: Is this compatible with a netgear fs108p?**
A: You will have to look that up yourself.
