Box Contains 1 x Bosch Multimulch for Bosch Rotak Lawnmowers Review: Great bit of kit for your Bosch lawn mower - Use this on my Bosch lawn mower 2 or 3 times a year. Works as it should, diverting the grass clippings down back on to the lawn and not all over your legs and feet. Review: It is an expensive piece of plastic, but it does work - With the mixed reviews, I was a bit sceptical about this, but I gave it a try anyway. Like other reviews, I must say it's expensive for a single piece of plastic. Though to be fair, it's the width of the lawnmower and covers the grass outlet. So this replaces the grass box and turns it into a mulching mower. I have a 430LI and it really does work. Some people say why not just run without the grass box? - well I tried that and the spring cover isn't strong enough to prevent stones pinging out of the machine and grass still came out of the back, whereas with this shaped piece of plastic it is. This also diverts the cut grass downwards. So in summary, yes it's very expensive for what you get, however it does work, and will saves me having to fill a green bin with grass this summer - and save me having to use as much lawn feed. Would I recommend it yes - even though I paid over £28 for it! Update 23 July. Just note that this doesn't work very well if the grass is wet or very long! Best used when lawn is dry... Tends to clog up otherwise... ## Features - Re-feeds lawn clippings back into the lawn - Allows effecive fertilisation and adds nutrients into the lawn - Eliminates the need to collect clippings and empty the grassbox - Creates a down-draft which pushes clippings into the grass - The only system to vacate grass clippings from the bowl ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0053PW3XY | | Batteries Required? | No | | Batteries included? | No | | Best Sellers Rank | 1,166,939 in DIY & Tools ( See Top 100 in DIY & Tools ) 386 in Multitool Accessories | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars (846) | | Date First Available | 29 Nov. 2011 | | Included Components | Bosch Mulchzubehör MultiMulch Systemzubehör für Rotak 40/43 | | Item Package Quantity | 1 | | Item Weight | 0.28 g | | Item model number | F016800305 | | Manufacturer | Bosch | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Part Number | F016800305 | | Product Dimensions | 15.6 x 33.2 x 33.6 cm; 0.28 g | | Special Features | Mulching | ## Images ![Bosch Home and Garden F016800305 Multi-Mulch for Rotak Lawn Mowers Rotak 40, Rotak 43 and Rotak 43 LI - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81kixVe8yIL.jpg) ![Bosch Home and Garden F016800305 Multi-Mulch for Rotak Lawn Mowers Rotak 40, Rotak 43 and Rotak 43 LI - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91IC4DUSvhL.jpg) ![Bosch Home and Garden F016800305 Multi-Mulch for Rotak Lawn Mowers Rotak 40, Rotak 43 and Rotak 43 LI - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91WmMllFgJL.jpg) ![Bosch Home and Garden F016800305 Multi-Mulch for Rotak Lawn Mowers Rotak 40, Rotak 43 and Rotak 43 LI - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/A1Apl1lNVDL.jpg) ![Bosch Home and Garden F016800305 Multi-Mulch for Rotak Lawn Mowers Rotak 40, Rotak 43 and Rotak 43 LI - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/21x45BRdpDL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Isn't this just like using the mower without the grass box? What exactly is the point of this?** A: It keeps the cut grass from going back the back of the mower. If the grass is dry it tends to move back into the mower to be cut more finely. If the grass is really wet you may need to turn the mower over and remove some grass by hand; be sure to pull out the red switch behind the battery to make sure the mower cannot start while you are pulling out the wet grass. It is best to only mow the grass when it is dry. **Q: Does it fit rotak 34r? if not, wondering if there a similar one for 34r** A: According to the Bosch garden tool catalogue you need a multimulch 34/37, part number F016 800 304, EAN code 3165140.629959 available through many online tool and spare part suppliers. Why Bosch chose not to fit the usual spring loaded plate to cover the grass-box aperture is an item to ponder, and perhaps a stout pair of wellies might offer sufficient foot protection for less money and more all round use! **Q: Will this fit onto a bosch rotak 370 li ?** A: NO - only a Rotak 40, Rotak 43 and Rotak 43 LI - like it says! **Q: Will this part fit my Bosch lawn mower** A: 400ER ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great bit of kit for your Bosch lawn mower *by C***Y on 14 April 2025* Use this on my Bosch lawn mower 2 or 3 times a year. DO NOT LET THIS SIMPLISTIC PIECE OF PLASTIC FOOL YOU! This wonderful simplistic peice of plastic does exactly what it says on the box or in the discription. With no heavy box on the back !!! It chops the grass into a fine mulch that then spreads deep down at the bace of the grass. Not even the dogs drag the cuttings into the house as it doesn't lay on top!!! Best of all, I mowed my own garden, Spinal Injury and all....That was the first time since 2012! GO ME! and the guy or gal who invented this should be put up for a Knight Hood! Next time my daughter comes over, I will let her have a go as well and she has C.P. and has always wanted to help in the garden, Just wait when I tell her she can now use the mower! I would give it 50 star's if I could as it has given me me my independance back. I know that may sound dumb, but think how you would feel if your where told "Your not allowed to do your garden!" It breaks your heart. A Huge thank-you to the human you invented this, it's brillant! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/49573133-bosch-home-and-garden-f016800305-multi-mulch-for-rotak-lawn](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/49573133-bosch-home-and-garden-f016800305-multi-mulch-for-rotak-lawn) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
