How do you unlock the new phrase/phrases, nothings happening with ours** A: We bought non interacting one with just pull cord. **Q: Is this toy safe for a 29 month old to play with** A: Personally I wouldn’t give it to a 29 moth old. My grandson is 5 years old. **Q: Had it out of the box for 5 minutes and already the pull string doesn't activate any voices - is there an on/off switch anywhere?** A: I've purchased 2 of these and both work perfectly! Sounds like it's faulty as only pull cord no on/off switch. Sorry...they're really lovely when they do work although the hats don't stay on but otherwise they're lovely. **Q: Does he say "reach for the sky" "there's a snake in my boots" etc?** A: No he does not say those phrases unfortunately. Only phrases from toy story 4.
