I followed to the letter the microwave instructions. The plastic cup popped and bubbled so much it turned over. I experimented with following all the instructions but reducing the heat and still had issues. Best way I found is to put the contents in a slightly larger microwave safe bowl or mug and cover with a paper towel. Once again, food itself is GOOD!
