If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us on 07988179838 All troughs are now pre drilled, they are delivered semi assembled - easy assembly, photo instructions are attached with your order - screws provided - only Philips type screw driver required - assembly in 5mins!! *Postage Mainland UK only (excludes NI, highlands & islands -please contact me for other destinations)* The Larch we use for the troughs is 100% organic and FSC sourced, it is planed by us on all 4 sides- and that is it! no pressure treatment or added chemical preservatives - just the natural preservative quality of Larch! The troughs comprise of 3 x 142mm wide boards each side, that are planed and edged to give a good fit and finish The end board made of 2inch thick larch to give a sturdy quality. This end board is also planed to give a great look and feel. The ends are now coach bolted to the planed 4x2s to give extra support - and they look great! The boards are put through our planing machine to give a great finish and are planed on all four sides - really showing the grain quality of the larch. Larch is a naturally resistant wood and contains resins that provide increased longevity to the troughs. No chemicals are added to the wood, such as pressure treated tanalised wood that other manufactures use! The Troughs come delivered by our courier part assembled.
