I have used the disposable cups before and that is what prompted me to purchase this reusable cup but they are just not for me. On a positive note, for those of you that know how to insert this it comes in a cute case and you get 2 cups and directions. Be aware that they smell like strong plastic which shouldn't be a surprise considering what they are made of......Good luck!
