It looks somewhat porous.** A: It’s not bumpy, it has little crystals that melt and give the brown speckle effect when I fire in my kiln at cone 6. LOVE ❤️ LOVE ❤️ LOVE ❤️ this glaze with so many combinations!! I have had no problems and yes it’s food safe. You need to make sure you stir it really good and do three thick layers. This is my go to glaze now!
