Using the spray morning, lunchtime and evening my breathing has remained clear for the first time for many, many years, since I started using Pervalon plus in early April, and my hearing has improved too. I have not had to take antihistamines, so I am very impressed. Try shaking the bottle four times up right, four times down, then gently four times upright, let it stand for approx 30 seconds before spraying ... This has kept the spray functioning without any blockage. I found blockage a problem with the standard Prevalin last year.
