It was installed in July. Since that time I have constant problems with this unit. The automatic lid raise did not work properly. The customer service rep sent me a new seat with no instructions on how to replace. Finally replaced the seat and problem persisted. Next customer service rep told me to color in the sensor window with a magic marker. Then lights that indication function did not work. Needed new top unit. Then bushing on seat hinge broke. Been waiting 4 months for new seat. Do not buy this product unless you enjoy constant repairs. The unit worked fully for only a few weeks since installed.
