Accurately described. Programmed up exactly as OE remotes right out of the box. Use: I added these to my E90 that has the Comfort Access option ie (fully smart: key can stay in your pocket/ door unlocks when you touch it/ one push start, key stays in your pocket option) as backups. Even though these keys are only semi-smart and so the key must go in the dash to start and unlock button used to get in, they work exactly as they should. No surprises. Programming using a km100 was simple like oe remotes.
