It was well packaged, yet easy to open. The ruffle itself is of good quality and fits perfectly on my queen sized bed. I was pleased that the cloth portion of the skirt that lays under the mattress is made of a better quality material than my last ruffle -- and it lasted for years. I did not iron it before putting it on the bed, which was fine because 1) I wasn't worried about it anyway and 2) the wrinkles fell out in about a week's time.This is a great ruffle that comes in numerous colors. I did not have to iron it, as there were very little wrinkles. In a couple days, the wrinkles fell out, thankfully. It is NOT see-through and you cannot see the frame through this bedskirt. It literally fite PERFECTLY- not too short, not too long. And, you can move the mattress around (when putting it on) while the skirt is on the boxspring and the skirt doesn't move!!!! I didn't have to "shimmy" around. I am more than pleased with this product. Just ordered 2 more for the rest of the bedrooms!! You won't be disappointed, especially for the price! Buy this item!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GORGEOUS! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on 13 December 2012* This was so inexpensive...I was really worried about this purchase. But this bedskirt is gorgeous. The color is beautiful, the fabric is so soft and great quality (wrinkles fell right out with a little Downy Wrinkle Release...no ironing!) and it fit perfectly.The papery white "fabric" that goes under the mattress is super cheap and a little fragile, but if it tears away, I'll just pin or velcro the bedskirt to the mattress (but figured I should mention it, because it seems there is always someone who complains about that on bedskirt reviews).The only thing I would change is that the corners are not slit for corner posts (the picture is accurate), so if you have corner posts you'll need to cut the corners inside the pleat so it will fit. I did so and used a little hem tape to fold each side under for a quick hem. It looks great, is a true chocolate brown and was CHEAP.
