It's very quiet & packs enough punch to reduce pain in legs whilst being gentle enough to be fine on soles of feet. The A7 is more powerful and I think if I was only going to buy one (out of the ones I have reviewed) this would be the one, but the pair complement each other well. The Q2 is a lot quieter.I've registered for 2 years warranty on the Brad and Bob website (with the A7 model I had to chase to get confirmation of registration as it hadn't processed on their end). This is a valid concern as the ability to extend the warranty to two years influences the decision to buy this product.
