Directions for use: As a dietary supplement for adults, one tablet with each main meal, chewed with plenty of liquid, no more than three tablets daily, or as recommended by your dietician.

Not suitable for children, as well as pregnancy and lactation. Do not use if you have or suspect stomach ulcers.
