My therapist introduced me to TENS as a pain management solution for my hip and for the accompanying sciatica. This was the 3rd device I tried, and I will look no further. This one offered more settings and higher intensities than what I was able to purchase at the local drug store. In fact, it rivaled what my therapist was using. The pads for me have been extremely durable, after dozens of sessions, they still stick just fine. When not in use, I simply put the pads on the clear plastic film they were originally delivered on, and roll up the wires.
