You can't use the tracking software in Mac. You can try to run windows system under your MAC system, no idea if it works. But you can try. Or you can set up by IR remote controller. Set preset 0, and preset 1, pls play preset 0 and preset 1 after setting, make sure you seting is done. I used it for about 6 months and really like how easy it was to setup. After 6 months I ordered my second camera and now I ordered a 3rd camera. The AVKANS 20X NDI PTZ Camera with HDMI, SDI, USB camera is very impressive! It performs well in low-light conditions. The Pan-Tilt-Zoom feature is buttery smooth, giving you total control. Plus, the 1080p resolution is just right for high-quality videos. Setting it up straight forward and the AVKANS training video walks you through the steps with ease. The camera is built well and packed with features. This AVKANS PTZ camera is great for the price. I use these cameras for mostly with a TriCaster video switcher for Conference Presentations. OBS detected this NDI camera which offers very low latency with 1060P at 60 frames. I had a couple questions about updating the Firmware and NDI configuration and ANKANS replied quickly with a firmware link and instructions. AVKANS support was very responsive for me by email. I'm very pleased with my purchase and customer support should you need it. I would definitely purchase this PTZ Camera again knowing that they have great customer service.
