I just put them on mine today. The shorter version of this product will not clear. **Q: do the sleeves come with the slides ?** A: Don't think so, I got them so that I could put 2 of them on my wheeled office chair to kinda keep the chair from roling away from the desk. this seemed to happen to me a lot, These did the trick of still allowing me to wheel the chair as needed, but had enough friction to hold steady when gaming. So no I think they are for the opposite of sliding ? **Q: I think the pads will be better for vinyl floors. But not work smooth forever. How to get extra pads?** A: Using on wood floor and working fine. I haven’t tried to get new pads for these, but have purchased pads for other chairs at Home Depot and Lowes **Q: will these fit a Hon task Chair?** A: I can't say . I had 5 casters - wheels - on my desk chair. It moved freely about, where ever I needed. I took out the casters, and ordered a set of fixed stationary "non" casters. Replacement was easy. The rubber foot pads are self adhesive, and will only last for a certain amount of time as the dirt and dust starts to weaken the adhesive, but they are easily replaced.
