Feels good quality ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality exercise mat, thick and soft. *by K***M on 22 February 2020* This is truly an exercise mat, and probably is perfect for Pilates. It’s super thick and soft, if you have delicate spine or knees/ wrists this is a good solution to a hard floor. For me, I was looking for my first yoga mat and I have carpet so it’s very comfy for floor work but I did that it moves too much underneath me to be good a good enough foundation for my poses. I’m 5’11/ 180cm and 75kg so maybe if you’re smaller or lighter it won’t stretch underneath you and move around so much. Perhaps better if you aren’t also using it on a carpeted floor.
