Fair warning it is WAY TOO SWEET I have to add 2 more scoops of cacao powder and I don't use sweetened almond milk and I double and sometimes triple the amount of milk I do use to tame the sweetness. I have been using this in conjunction with a low carb diet. I have lost 10 pounds in the month.
