Review: So Succulent and Juicy Like Steak Heaven! - In my hunt for the most succulent steaks I'm finding that ordering them is key. These two steaks arrive with an amazing seasoning that is made with sea salt, garlic, onion, red bell pepper, spices, orange peel, sugar, citric acid and oleoresin of paprika. Once you sprinkle that on the steaks while frying them you will be impressed with the flavor it produces. The steaks themselves are tender and juicy like steak heaven. The more you eat the more delicious they become! I'll definitely look for more Nebraska Star Aged Beef as it is really superior to what you can get elsewhere. This was enough steak for me and my husband for dinner and he was very happy that I had some protein for him now that he's back at the gym! The steaks cooked evenly and browned nicely. **Q: Forgot to ask this with my previous question - are these steaks and burgers very fatty and/or gristly and chewy? Thanks much**
A: Great question!  Although it is a fact that some cuts of steak have more fat in them than others.  Nebraska Star Beef steaks will not have excessive fat or gristle on them. It is also important to note that intermuscular fat, also known as marbling, is prized in steaks and the more intermuscular fat there is the higher the grade of beef.
