I have not had great experiences with mechanical pencils in the past but these are by far the best I have used. My kids wanted some mechanical pencils but I was apprehensive. I didnt want cheap pencils but I didnt want to pay a lot either because kids lose things, and leave pencils all over the house, and can never seem to find one when they need it. After reading the reviews on these I went ahead and ordered. I will definitely order these whenever we need more. The lead is strong and does not break easily (my 6 year old is even using them now). The eraser actually erases. They just work great.
