The instructions were vague. Some simple calculations are needed if you are going to make anything over a cup at a time. The price was “okay.” So a quick recap… Pros: .•Tastes good (especially for skim milk) Best served cold. • Cost-just “okay.” • Great for use in bread machine (if the recipe calls for powdered milk of course.) •Decent “best by” date. •Made in the U.S.A.
