Review: Beautiful but questionable - The skillets are beautiful. However the middle skillet chipped on the outside with the first use. Just now we were making scrambled eggs and the center of that same skillet exploded. I don’t know whether that one skillet is damaged in the manufacturing process or whether all three are that way. The enamel is very difficult to clean, even with spray Pam. I wish I had something better to say because I was very excited to have three enamel cast iron skillets. Now I guess I just have a lesson learned and three skillets I can decorate with but not use to cook. Reading other reviews (which I should have done beforehand) I can see this is a regular issue. Save your money, buy from a better name.
