The real Unity riser is 7075 T6 aluminum. So it’s not as high of grade as the real riser. I have put close to 3,000 rounds though my setup with it on and it is very stable. I have had 0 problems with it keeping zero. For the price of this vs the real one I see no reason to buy the real one from unity. It's a great value and very stable. It can scratch but I am a person who doesn't treat my "tools" as a thing to just look good. I use them and I like having the markings to show it.
