I don't know what happened but the pain was terrible and moved around from left to front to right!! After 2 weeks of turmeric, icing and just trying to stay off of it, hopping around etc. I was considering going to the doctor which, if you knew me you would know that I have to be crawling or dying before I'll go to the doctor. Well a light bulb went off and after some research on the web of what to do, I decided to check Amazon for a Patella Strap. No lie, after one day with it on I was 75% better with walking and pain. Two weeks later I am fine, no pain or swelling. I wear it to walk my dogs everyday then remove it and no problems. I gave one to my Father who strangely had the same problem with the same knee and he is good to go as well. We are both truly in shock and very grateful that something actually worked.
