Review: So comfortable, very secure - SO worth it. These have made completely unwearable shoes actually comfortable to wear. I have used these in the heels of my shoes as well as in the toes on shoes that were narrow in the front and they work perfectly for both cases. I have them in a pair of ballet flats as well and just had to trim them down to size a bit so they didn't show in the back which was really easy to do. Plus, they Do Not come off. You don't have to worry about the adhesive detaching at all, these have been firmly in place for almost an entire year of wear and haven't even started peeling up at the edges. These cheap little inserts have saved me from having to completely get rid of so many pairs of shoes.

SO worth it. These have made completely unwearable shoes actually comfortable to wear. These are super comfy and great quality and they stick very well. The only thing I was not prepared for is for them to make my shoes a whole size smaller than what they are. I’m an 8.5 and I ordered a 9 in shoes. These made it so that the 9 was a half size too small so I’d need a 9.5 in order to wear these pads if that makes sense. I hoped for them to make the 9 to an 8.5 but they made a 9 to an 8. Just something to be careful with! They are VERY thick. Nonetheless good quality and super comfy. Wished they would have worked out for me.
