I'd rather take the two tablespoons of the liquid. **Q: How many capsules would equal 60 mL?** A: 60 ML = 60,000 MG **Q: I can only swallow the size of approx a D3 capsule. How would these capsules compare to those?** A: I went to the health store to check as to the size of D3 capsule & because there’s different mg, the capsules might be different in size. When I shook the bottles it seemed they were small. The Castor oil capsules are bigger. More like a OO empty capsule.
