In fact it's brighter than the streamlight I have on another piece that cost almost 3x as much. The laser is awesome. Super bright and very long range. The actual design of the device is perfect. It mounts flawlessly to the mloks and feels like a natural extension of what it's attached to. The buttons are perfectly accessible from a standard handling position, especially if using it side mounted while using an angled grip, so no awkward fiddling around to find the switches in stressful situations. The way they made the buttons different sizes and shapes so that you can easily tell them apart just by the way they feel is also a really nice design choice. The battery life so far has exceeded my expectations. I've been messing with the first one I bought every day for weeks now and it still has not needed to be charged.
