So I went to Kerinique & Kerastase,,,, both are for hair loss...Kerinique works pretty darn good but Keratase drys & breaks my hair really bad. Now and then I used a regular shampoo, and the results were really bad.Not only does it make my scalp healthy, and feel good, but it smells wonderful.Use the shampoo like any other, but use the cell therapy on your scalp only. Be sure to massage it in and let it sit there for 5 minutes. After you rinse it out put the conditioner on your hair only (not scalp).
